What is the Executive Management Board?
The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) is a membership-based, global non-profit organization that supports and advances the careers of black professionals in business and community affairs. The ELC was founded in 1986 and sought to strengthen the talent pool of black leaders by offering first-class leadership programs. These courses and training are designed to support the growth of black professionals at various career levels.
